Special Event Liability Insurance is required of all Event applicants- See contract

Children must be supervised at all times

Drinking of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on Cold Creek Ranch property unless Event Applicant has secured a current Banquet Permit and Special Liability Insurance. No hard liquor is allowed at any time.

All music must end by 9:30 PM. Live music is only allowed if approved as a part of the Event Application. All events must be ended including cleanup by 10:00 PM and all Event participants and guests must be off the property.

Setup may not begin until the time indicated in the Event application.

Live flames, candles, fires not permitted anywhere on the property.

Event applicant is responsible for all event-related clean up including all vendors and guests.

No sports equipment nor sporting activities are allowed on the property including but not limited to football, soccer, golf, volleyball, baseball or frisbee.

No fireworks- sparklers permitted but must be outdoors and expended sticks must be placed in a bucket of water.

No poppers, confetti, confetti-like, string spray, bird seed or related materials allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings.

Cold Creek Ranch reserves the right to ask any person or persons to leave the premises for lewd or indecent actions including but not limited to: fighting, intoxication, and loud or abusive language.

Event Applicant is responsible for all damages, costs, and expenses to the facilities and grounds of Cold Creek Ranch during the use of the property.

Event applicant agrees to comply with all County and State regulations and laws.
